History

The Bell is the oldest small pub in the City of London and has been trading since before the great fire of London.
A roll of honour on one of the walls records the name of every Landlord since 1673! Red Car aquired the pub from the legendary Betty Jeskey in 2004. She had been landlady for the previous 40 years and finally decided to hang up her bar towel at the grand old age of 86.
